USA Softball x Wilson Microsite
With USA Softball is headed to the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo, the Wilson family of brands wanted to have a site dedicated to our hard working players. This microsite focuses on our eight players as well as their products. Each player has their own bio page, which features a Q&A section and photos of their time at Wilson HQ.

This web page features hover states when rolling over players’ portraits, changing the white grey background image to a red or blue based image. This signals to the user that the image is clickable and directs them to the individual player’s profile.
Other features on the homepage include a slider featuring a quote from each of the players from their interview at Wilson headquarters. There is also a carousel of custom images featuring all of the players’ gear, including custom bats and gloves. Clicking on the CTA for the team’s gear takes the user to a customized page of the full collection of products, which can be filtered by each player.
Each player page lists off the individual’s statistics, including their gear. The CTAs lead the user to a page consisting of all of that player’s gear.
